Section 361.926 - Denial of application for failure to provide requested information

The State Treasurer may deny an application if a titleholder fails to provide to the State Treasurer any information requested by the State Treasurer relating to the application or an installment agreement within a reasonable period prescribed by the State Treasurer. The titleholder is not prohibited from submitting another application in the future.
