Section 354.934 - Hearing before Committee: Action by Committee; issuance of written order1. After the close of oral argument, the Committee will:(a) Make a final decision that adopts, reverses or modifies, in whole or in part, the proposed decision of the hearing officer; or(b) Remand the matter to the hearing officer for further proceedings.2. The Director shall issue the written decision on behalf of the Committee not later than 60 days after the final decision is made or the matter is remanded pursuant to subsection 1.Nev. Admin.
