Section 354.900 - Transcripts1. If a party desires a transcript of any hearing held by the Committee or a hearing officer, the party must furnish the reporter, pay for the transcript and deliver a copy of the transcript to the Director within 20 days after filing an appeal or petition for reconsideration of the matter.2. If a party prepares a transcript from a tape recording provided by the Department and desires to use the transcript in any subsequent hearing or appeal of the matter, the party must deliver a copy of the transcript to the Department within the time required by subsection 1.Nev.
