Section 354.8658 - "Direct cost" defined

"Direct cost" means a cost incurred by a department, an agency or an enterprise fund of a local government for services or property specifically associated with and used by that department, agency or enterprise fund, such as the rental charged to a specific department, agency or enterprise fund for its particular use of a building.
