Section 354.440 - Vote by proxy1. A member of the governing body, anticipating his or her absence on a date of formal action on a resolution authorizing augmentation, may vote by written proxy if the proxy: (a) Indicates the subject matter of the resolution to which the vote applies; and(b) Is filed with the governing body before the resolution is considered.2.
