Section 353C.675 - Submission and receipt of pleadings

All pleadings submitted in connection with a hearing must be addressed to the State Controller. A pleading shall be deemed to be received by the State Controller when a true copy of the pleading, properly addressed and stamped, is deposited in the United States mail.
