Section 353C.665 - Notice and location of hearing1. Except as otherwise provided in subsection 3, the State Controller will serve the parties with notice of the place, date and hour of a hearing at least 15 days before the date set for the hearing.2. A hearing may be held at the office of the State Controller in Carson City, Nevada, or at any other place in this State designated in the notice of hearing.3. A hearing date may be set with less than 15 days' notice if the petitioner and the respondent agree in writing.Nev. Admin. Code § 353C.665
