Section 349.495 - Application: Submission1. If a letter of intent for a proposed improvement or proposed costs is approved, an applicant must submit an original and eight copies of an application to the Board.2. An application submitted pursuant to subsection 1 must be:(a) In the form provided by the Division of Environmental Protection of the Department; and(b) Addressed to the Board as provided in subsection 3 of NAC 349.475.Nev.
