Section 349.467 - "Requirements for public water systems" defined

"Requirements for public water systems" means the requirements imposed:

1. By the State Board of Health pursuant to NRS 445A.800 to 445A.955, inclusive; or

2. Pursuant to the Safe Drinking Water Act, 42 U.S.C. §§ 300 f et seq.
