Section 349.300 - Preparation of data and studies for Board

The applicant or obligor, other than a municipal obligor, must acknowledge in writing that the obligor will prepare all necessary data and feasibility studies for presentation of the application and preliminary plan for the proposed water project to the Board for approval.
