Section 338.290 - Notification of Division regarding change to or renewal of license of qualified bidder

A prime contractor who has been determined to be qualified as a bidder shall inform the Division within 10 days after any change to, or renewal of, any license issued to the prime contractor pursuant to chapter 624 of NRS.
