Section 338.181 - "Business entity associated with the principal personnel" defined

"Business entity associated with the principal personnel" means a business entity in which a principal personnel of a prime contractor is or was the sole proprietor, a partner, the chair or a member of the board of directors, or a shareholder owning 10 percent or more of outstanding stock in the business entity.
