Section 333A.130 - Indication by applicant of desired dollar amount of performance contracts

Each applicant must indicate the dollar amount of the performance contracts for which the applicant desires to be placed on the qualified service company list in one or more of the following categories:

1. Less than $1,000,000;

2. One million dollars to $5,000,000; and

3. More than $5,000,000.
