Nev. Admin. Code § 321.330

Section 321.330 - "Project" defined

"Project" means a project that is listed in the "Environmental Improvement Program" of the Tahoe Regional Planning Agency and may include a project for:

1. The improvement of water quality in the Lake Tahoe Basin; or

2. The restoration or enhancement of natural watercourses or stream environment zones in the Lake Tahoe Basin.
