Section 319.519 - "Program to purchase second mortgage loans for down payments or closing costs" defined

"Program to purchase second mortgage loans for down payments or closing costs" means each program administered by the Division pursuant to which the Division purchases second mortgage loans from qualified participating lending institutions.
