Section 319.824 - Requirements for loan for mobile home

The Administrator will not purchase a loan to conserve energy to be used to make an addition to or modify a mobile home unless the mobile home meets the requirements of NAC 319.300 to 319.489, inclusive, for a loan for the purchase of the mobile home.
