Section 319.015 - Requirements of chapter: Effect of issuance of notes, bonds or other obligations

The issuance of notes, bonds or other obligations by the Division is conclusive evidence that the requirements of this chapter have been met, and the validity of any notes, bonds or other obligations of the Division is not affected by the failure to meet any of the requirements of this chapter.
