Section 319.566 - "Median family income" defined

"Median family income" means the percentage of median family income as prescribed by the HOME Investment Partnerships Act, 42 U.S.C. §§ 12701 et seq., adjusted for household size, which is established for each area of this State by the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development.
