Section 319.868 - Examination of books and records of sponsor

The Administrator will conduct such examination of the books and records of each sponsor who has acquired land from the Division as the Administrator deems necessary or appropriate to determine compliance with the provisions of chapter 319 of NRS, NAC 319.850 to 319.872, inclusive, and any agreement between the Division and the sponsor.
