Section 293B.012 - Provision of report from Secretary of State setting forth official title for each race; required use of official title1. Not later than 180 days before each election, the Secretary of State will prepare and send to each county clerk of a county that will use a mechanical voting system for the election a report that sets forth the official title for each race that will be on the ballot.2. The county clerk shall ensure that the mechanical voting system used in the county uses the official title set forth in the report described in subsection 1 for each race that is on the ballot.Nev.
