Section 293.456 - Duties of county clerkEach county clerk shall:
1. Electronically enter into the database established pursuant to NRS 293.675 all information relating to voter registration obtained by the county clerk at the time the information is provided to the county clerk; and2. For each person who is described in subsection 2 of NRS 293.2725, indicate such fact in the statewide voter registration list in the form prescribed by the Secretary of State.Nev. Admin.
