Not later than 15 days after completing a risk-limiting audit required pursuant to NRS 293.394, each county clerk shall submit the results of the risk-limiting audit to the Secretary of State.2. Not later than 10 days after receiving the results of a risk-limiting audit from a county clerk pursuant to subsection 1, the Secretary of State will post the results of the risk-limiting audit on the Internet website of the Secretary of State.Nev.
