Section 293.450 - Notice of incomplete application for registration by mailThe notice sent pursuant to NRS 293.5235 to an applicant for registration by mail which informs him or her that the application is incomplete must:
1. Allow the applicant to provide the information needed to complete the application; or2. If the applicant is required to complete and submit a new application, include an explanation to the applicant of the reason why a new application is required and a new application form.Nev. Admin.
