Section 293.183 - Verification of signatures on certain petitions: Limitation of witnessesA county clerk who conducts the verification of signatures on a petition in the manner prescribed in NRS NRS 293.1276 to 293.1279, inclusive, may:
1. In addition to those persons who are authorized to witness the verification of signatures on a petition pursuant to NRS 293.1277, limit the number of persons who may witness the verification of signatures to not more than two persons who support the petition and two persons who oppose the petition.2. Prohibit any person who is authorized to witness the verification of signatures from interfering with the verification of signatures.3. Remove and replace any person who interferes with the verification of signatures.Nev. Admin. Code § 293.183
