Section 293.173 - Counting of votes cast by certain challenged voters1. If a mail ballot central counting board has been appointed pursuant to NRS 293.269929, mail ballots cast by voters whose eligibility to vote has been successfully challenged solely on the basis of a change of residence within the county must be counted and recorded separately from those cast by other voters in any precinct pursuant to NRS 293.304.2. If a mail ballot central counting board has not been appointed, the county clerk shall provide the manner of counting such ballots.Nev. Admin. Code § 293.173
