Section 293.555 - Final determination or resolution not subject to appeal

A final determination of the Secretary of State or a designee thereof pursuant to NAC 293.535, 293.540 or 293.545 or the final resolution of an arbitrator or arbitration panel pursuant to NAC 293.550 is not subject to appeal in any state or federal court.
