Section 288.140 - Lists of organizations recognized by employersBefore December 1 of each year, each government employer shall file with the Board:
1. The name and contact information for the person designated by the government employer to receive all official communications from the Board, except for those communications related to a case before the Board for which an attorney has filed an appearance; and2. A list of all labor organizations or employee organizations, as applicable, that the government employer is currently recognizing and a description of the bargaining unit for each such organization.Nev.
