Answers to a petition for rehearing will not be entertained by the Board. If a rehearing is granted by the Board, a response in the nature of an answer may be filed by any party of record within 14 days after the issuance of the order granting a rehearing. The response must be confined to the issues upon which rehearing has been granted and the responding party must serve a copy of the response on each party of record.
