Section 287.386 - Liability of Program and opt-out plan for expense or claim of officer or employee or retired officer or employee, or dependent thereof1. The Program is not liable for any expense or claim of an officer or employee or retired officer or employee, or any dependent thereof, who is a member of a group that is covered by an opt-out plan if the expense or claim is incurred after the date on which the officer or employee or retired officer or employee becomes eligible for coverage by the opt-out plan.2. An opt-out plan is not liable for any expense or claim of an officer or employee or retired officer or employee, or any dependent thereof, who is eligible for coverage by the Program if the expense or claim is incurred after the date on which the officer or employee or retired officer or employee becomes eligible for coverage by the Program.Nev.
