Section 287.369 - Effective date of departure from Program; coverage by Program until departure1. The effective date of departure from the Program of a group whose application has been approved by the Board pursuant to NRS 287.0479 is the first day of the plan year that is at least 120 days after the date on which the Board approves the application.2. The Program shall provide coverage to participants in a group that has been approved by the Board to leave the Program until the effective date of departure of the group from the Program set forth in the decision of the Board approving the application of the group to leave the Program.Nev.
