Section 287.365 - Denial of application by Board: Format and contents of decisionA decision of the Board to deny an application of a group to leave the Program will be in writing and will include, without limitation:
1. The reasons of the Board for denying the application.2. The findings of the Board on the mandatory criteria for review set forth in paragraph (a) of subsection 1 of NAC 287.361.3. The findings of the Board on any of the optional criteria for review set forth in paragraph (b) of subsection 1 of NAC 287.361 that the Board considered in reaching its decision.4. A statement that any data, information or report on which the Board relied to make its decision to deny the application is available to the group upon request.Nev. Admin. Code § 287.365
