Section 287.359 - Application to leave Program: Deadline for submission; duties of Board1. To apply to leave the Program, a group must submit an application to the Board on or before the first day of the 10th month before the proposed effective date of the departure of the group from the Program.2. If additional information is required to process any application, the Board will notify the representative of the group who is designated pursuant to NAC 287.357.3. The Board will provide an opportunity for: (a) A representative of the Program to present arguments for or against the approval of an application.(b) The representative of the group who is designated pursuant to NAC 287.357 to present arguments that support the approval of an application.4. The Board will approve or deny each application received pursuant to subsection 1 not later than the 15th day of the sixth month before the proposed effective date of the departure of the group from the Program.5. The Board will notify each applicant of the date and time of the meeting during which the Board will render a decision on the application of the applicant.Nev. Admin. Code § 287.359
