Section 287.160 - Determination of late submission of documents or information

Any form, application, claim or other document or information that is required to be submitted to the Program, Executive Officer or Board on or before a specific date will be considered late if the form, application, claim or other document or information is not:

1. Received by the Program, Executive Director or Board, as applicable, before 5 p.m. on that date; or

2. Postmarked on or before that date.
