Section 287.141 - "Subsidy" defined

"Subsidy" means a portion of the cost of premiums or contributions for group insurance provided by the Program which is paid by:

1. The State pursuant to NRS 287.046; or

2. A local governmental agency pursuant to paragraph (b) of subsection 4 of NRS 287.023.
