Section 287.011 - "Certifying agency" defined"Certifying agency" means:
1. Except as otherwise provided in subsection 2, for officers and employees of the State and local governmental agencies, the Public Employees' Retirement System.2. For members of the professional staff of the Nevada System of Higher Education, a retirement program for professional employees offered by or through the Nevada System of Higher Education.Nev. Admin.
