The Risk Management Division shall provide to the Division of Human Resource Management and to an employee's appointing authority the following information regarding the employee when the information becomes known to the Risk Management Division:
1. The date on which the employee sustained a permanent disability arising from a work-related injury or occupational disease;2. The date on which the employee will no longer be eligible for vocational rehabilitation benefits;3. Any written agreement signed by the employee for the payment of compensation in a lump sum in lieu of the provision of vocational rehabilitation benefits; and4. Any determination by the insurer that the employee is not entitled to compensation for a permanent partial disability.Nev. Admin. Code § 284.6015
