Section 284.518 - Requirements for educational leave stipends

With the exception of intermittent course work not leading to the awarding of a degree, no person may be granted a stipend for an educational leave until he or she has, in addition to fulfilling the requirements set forth in NRS 284.343:

1. Completed 1 year of continuous employment in the state service; and

2. Agreed to return to the agency within 30 working days after the completion of the course.
