Section 284.806 - Evidence must be authenticated

Any letter, paper or object offered in evidence must be properly authenticated and, if received, must be marked by the reporter with a distinguishing number or letter, such as "Employee's Exhibit 1" or "Employer's Exhibit A." The representative for the opposing party is entitled to examine the exhibit when it is offered.
