Section 284.710 - Order of processing personnel documents

Any human resources documents effecting changes in an employee's pay and having the identical effective date will be processed in the following order:

1. Merit pay increases.

2. Reclassifications or overall adjustments to the compensation plan.

3. Promotions or demotions.
