Section 284.373 - Inquiry of availability of eligible person1. While an eligible person may be contacted to determine his or her availability, no attempt may be made to obtain a waiver in order to alter the ranking of any person on the list.2. An eligible person must respond to an inquiry of availability within: (a) Six days after an inquiry by mail has been postmarked;(b) Two days after an inquiry by electronic mail has been sent;(c) Twenty-four hours after a written inquiry is hand-delivered;(d) Twenty-four hours after an oral inquiry has been made if the oral inquiry was made during a conversation with the eligible person; or(e) If an oral inquiry by telephone was attempted and a voicemail or other similar kind of electronic message was left, 2 days after that message was left.3. An exception to a time limit may be granted by the originating agency.Nev. Admin. Code § 284.373
