The passing score for placement on an eligible list will be determined by the Division of Human Resource Management based on a consideration of the difficulty of the test, the quality of the competition and the needs of the service.2. The final earned score will be determined by computing the score on each phase of the examination according to the relative weights which are assigned.3. Unless otherwise specified in the publicized job announcement, a competitor must pass each phase of the examination to proceed to the next phase of the examination.
