Section 284.542 - Sick leave: Part-time employees1. A part-time employee is entitled to accrue sick leave at the rate of 1 1/4 days per month, which is prorated based on the number of hours the employee is in paid status, excluding overtime.2. An employee who holds two or more part-time positions in the state service may combine the time in all positions for the purpose of computing the hours of accrued sick leave.Nev. Admin.
