Section 281A.049 - "Letter of instruction" defined

"Letter of instruction" means a confidential letter issued by the Commission or a review panel to a public officer or employee pursuant to NRS 281A.780 to advise the public officer or employee regarding the applicability of chapter 281A of NRS to his or her conduct.
