Section 281A.0475 - "Jurisdiction" defined1. "Jurisdiction" means the jurisdiction of the Commission prescribed in chapter 281A of NRS.2. The term includes, without limitation, the authority of the Commission to: (a) Interpret and apply the provisions of chapter 281A of NRS to specific facts and circumstances presented by a public officer or employee or former public officer or employee regarding his or her past, present or future conduct in an advisory opinion; or(b) Investigate and take action regarding an ethics complaint.Nev.
