Section 281A.295 - Conduct of persons at meetings and hearings; consequences of improper conduct1. All persons appearing before, or attending a meeting or hearing of, the Commission shall conduct themselves in a polite, respectful and orderly manner. Smoking is not allowed at any meeting or hearing of the Commission.2. The Commission will require a person who does not comply with subsection 1 to leave the room where the meeting or hearing is being held, and the person will be barred from attending the remainder of the meeting or hearing.Nev.
