Section 281A.425 - Confidentiality of proceedings of investigatory panel1. The proceedings of a review panel, including, without limitation, proceedings relating to a deferral agreement, are confidential pursuant to NRS 281A.735.2. Except as otherwise provided in this subsection, the proceedings of a review panel are closed to all persons except the staff of the Commission. If the review panel holds a hearing to consider a proposed deferral agreement, the subject may be present.Nev. Admin. Code § 281A.425
