Section 281A.200 - Meetings of Commission: Majority required; necessary quorum reduced for ineligible member1. A meeting of the Commission will not proceed without a majority of the appointed and sworn members of the Commission present. Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, a majority vote of the members present and eligible to vote at a meeting is sufficient to carry out all business of the Commission.2. If the Commission is considering a matter on which a member of the Commission is ineligible to participate pursuant to subsection 4 of NRS 281A.220, subsection 3 of NRS 281A.420 or NAC 281A.505, the necessary quorum to act upon and the number of votes necessary to act upon the matter is reduced as though the member who is disqualified is not a member of the Commission.Nev.
