Section 278.390 - Analysis of water quality

Analyses of water quality may be performed in the State Public Health Laboratory, or any other laboratory certified by the Division, upon the developer's submission, in sample containers that are appropriate for such analyses, of an adequately identified sample consisting of the volume of water necessary to conduct analyses of water quality.
