Section 240.678 - Electronic notarial act using audio-video communication: Identification of principal and electronic document

An electronic notary public who is performing an electronic notarial act using audio-video communication shall:

1. Identify the principal in accordance with section 15 ; and

2. Identify the electronic document that is the subject of the electronic notarial act as the document on which the principal executed his or her signature.
