Section 239.940 - Transfer of electronic records of historical value1. If the Committee requires a state agency to transfer an electronic record of historical value to the State Archives, the state agency must transfer the electronic record to the State Archives in accordance with procedures established by the State Library, Archives and Public Records Administrator.2. A local governmental entity may transfer an electronic record of historical value to an archival repository that:(a) Has been approved by the governing body of the local governmental entity; and(b) Is located in this State.3. As used in this section, "archival repository" has the meaning ascribed to it in NAC 239.850.Nev. Admin. Code § 239.940
